How to use body language
Why Is Body Language Important When Dating?
When flirting, body language becomes even more important.
So if you don't know how to read body language, you're missing out
on what's really going on. If you aren't successful at attracting
women or getting dates, it's probably because you don't use and
understand body language.
Body language is the most important form of communication when
dating or flirting. Less than 15% of the message you communicate
is spoken. Over 50% of what you say to women is done through your
body language. Yes guys, you say more to women through body language
than the words you speak!
Women naturally understand body language and use it all of the
time. Unfortunately most guys don't seem to understand body language
very well. If you want to attract women, you need to learn to read
body language and send out the correct signals through your own
body language.
Body Language When Sitting
Women also point using the leg cross. They sit
with one leg crossed over the other, just like their mothers taught
them, but then point their knees toward you saying "Don't worry
what Mother said, I'm keen on you." This is great body language
for any guy.
Basic Female Signals of Interest
The following are all signals that tell you she is interested:
Licking her lips - any tongue movement during the lip parting is
a give-away
The eyebrow flash - a quick raising of the eyebrow on first meeting
your eye shows interest. Return with a slightly prolonged eyebrow
raise.
Flaring nostrils - her nostrils will flare and eyes will widen
Parting her lips - if she likes you, her lips will part when your
eyes first meet
When a woman is aroused by you, she could do all or any of the following:
push out her chest; toss back her head and hair; flushed cheeks;
dilated pupils
Standing with her legs slightly wider apart than normal
Smiling at you while you aren't actually talking to her, especially
with her teeth exposed
Thrusting her foot in and out of her shoe - requires no explanation!
Exposing her wrists, palms and insides of arms in your direction
Tossing back her head or hair and then looking or smiling at you
Fondling an object or preening her hair or clothing. This must be
in reaction to something you did or said (like a compliment or a
special look)
While you are talking, she will laugh or giggle at things you say
Remember, this is only a start. You also need to send out the right
message to her...
Basic Body Language : Pointing
The shoulder point is also important and is used together with
the upper body point. If she looks at you over her shoulder that's
pointed in your direction, don't hesitate, just make your move immediately.
Leaning toward you is also an excellent sign.
